Whenever possible, we use produce from the Valencian orchard, dealing directly with small local farmers who provide us with and ensure a quality product, grown and treated with the love that we represent in our dishes and recipes. Likewise, the fish we use is always fresh, bought daily at Merca Valencia and Mercado Central, two benchmarks in the quality of Valencian products. We cannot forget the oven meats, our suckling pigs and lambs brought every week from Castilla León, with IGP and protected designation of origin.
Relying on the knowledge that our elders passed on to us, we prepare each dish respecting the same order, quantities and preparation times. We surrender to the old traditional flavors, in the way in which our mothers and grandparents delighted us with those summer meals, Easter, Christmas… That is why, although we know that nobody cooks better than our grandmothers, We try to bring those flavors back to your mind through our dishes.
We maintain an attentive and familiar service, treating the client with respect and honesty in all their visits to our house. One of our objectives in the room is based on making the client feel at home, without neglecting the pursuit of excellence in each service. Only in this way, we will achieve full customer satisfaction and the generation of memories that will be told with joy and nostalgia.
